The 3F freedom for feet brand has been designing and manufacturing children's shoes for over 20 years. The manufacturing process is meticulous and the materials imported from Italy, France and Germany meet strict European standards.
They are manufactured in Poland and meet all requirements for non-toxic substances, confirmed by tests carried out at the PFI in Germany, a professional testing and research institute for the footwear industry.
The company MB sp.j. is the owner of the brand "3F" (Freedom for the feet) and the brand "BAR3FOOT".
The company MB was established in 1996. In its present form, it is a family business run by Jerzy and Wojciech Ignasiak. It is registered in the National Court Register under number 0000012988.
The company currently employs 230 people. It produces footwear at the Mroczy plant in ul. marcha. Józefa Piłsudskiego 14 and at the Nakło plant on ul. Kościelna 8b, in production halls with a total area of approximately 8,000 sqm. The production potential is around 6,000 pairs per day.
The company has sewing rooms mostly equipped with computer-controlled machines, its own multi-head embroidery plants, sublimation printing presses and 12 DESMA 725/12 and 781/12 injection moulding units.
The company has its own construction and design office, which thoroughly prepares several dozen new designs a year. More than a dozen designs are registered as Community Designs with the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market. In collaboration with the Leather Industry Institute, a footwear production programme to ensure the proper development and functioning of children's feet is implemented under the name "Healthy Feet". About 80 models of footwear produced by the company were given this name. Several of the company's products are certified by the Pirmasens eV Research Institute (PFI), allowing them to enter the EU market.
In 2018, MB implemented a project worth PLN 8 282 230, co-financed with EU funds, entitled "Implementation of innovative technology for the production of lightweight children's sports footwear ensuring increased comfort and proper foot development".
In 2010-2016, the company was awarded several times in the competitions Cheetahs of Business, Gazele Biznesu, Effective Company.
The company MB produces under its own brands "3F" and "BAR3FOOT" and directly under the orders of large customers, children's and youth footwear: slippers (on PVC bottoms), sports shoes (TR), sandals (PU) and barefoot shoes (TR ).
All shoes are made with direct injection technology without the use of solvents and adhesives, both for joining the bottom to the top of the shoe (upper) and for the production of the upper itself. The company's patented method of laminating the upper results in a great advantage in the form of ventilated shoes.
In the future, MB plans to further develop the already selected production lines.
