Where I can get my order?

You can receive it in the direction you choose (at your home, at work, etc.).

To international shipment is NOT possible to put a P.O. Box or similar. The destination has to be an address we some person can attend the courier and take the parcel by hand in the moment of the delivery: home, work, familiar or friend address.

If the delivery is a P.O box is not possible to guarantie the delivery, so the parcel can be returned to our address. In that case you have to pay again the shipping cost to be shipped again. To that please contact with our customer service to let know the correct delivery address.

In case you do not want to be shipped again and cancel the order, the refund will be only the price of the items of the order. The shipping cost won't be refunded.

Delivery time

Once you placed an order you do not have to worry about anything. We send it from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 20:00 with our express delivery service: convenient, fast and safe!

If you are not at home, we will contact you via phone or email to set up a delivery time. If you want you can also go to pick up your order at the office of the carrier chosen, notice in the following link: customer service.

In international shipments it is possible that if the order has a high volume or more than one item, it will receive everything in a single box/bag to avoid an increase of the shipping costs paid by the customer and to make easily the process of management, shipping and receipt in the country of destination.

The country of delivery may be different from the purchase?

Delivery country always has to match the country of purchase.

Different countries to Spain & Portugal. How soon will I get my order?

Zami processed on the same day all orders that are made until 8:00 pm. For Spain & Portugal, the delivery time is 24 hours, although some orders can be dilantar 48-72 hours.

For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla* the selling price of the product is : price of the product without VAT . Delivery time is usually 5-7 days, and we use Post Certificate.*

For products in stock, delivery time is aprox. 5-10 days by normal shipping (depend on how far it is the destionation country) and 1-3 days aprox. by Express delivery, this is the fastest shipping service.

You can see and choose between the delivery options during the purchase steps inside the shopping cart (with the item/s inside).

There are some products with different availability which is indicated at the time of choosing the size (text shown within the sizes within the product) and within the cart under the "Availability" section. This is the approximate time it will take for the colour and size you have chosen to be back in stock. If you do not want to wait, you can choose another colour with a much shorter availability.

If you choose one with a higher availability it will not be shipped until the stock arrives. Once it arrives it will be shipped immediately and you will receive your order in the estimated delivery time of the service you have chosen: normal, express...

*For the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, some packages may be temporarily stopped by the customs agent for routine inspections. Once completed, the package is released and follows its natural course to the addressee. It is for this reason that the delivery time may be increased in days (depending on the time needed for the inspection).

Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or brokerage fees levied on the delivery of their orders. Orders are shipped from the Spain.

*Prices could may vary depending on weight, European area, countries outside Europe and the number of items in the shopping cart.

*The volume of some orders could overpass the shipping cost so to adjust to this price the orders with big boxes or more than 1 item could be send in one single box/bag together or correctly packaged.

*Because the courier companies are the ones that collect, classify and distribute the packages in vehicles, although they are treated with all the love in the world during transport, the boxes may show some signs of sagging or marks on the box. But the shoes are in perfect condition!
