Why wear thick cushioned soles if your feet already have all the technology they need?

Whether running, walking or training, the Active helps you get the best out of them—and therefore out of yourself.

The TrueSense® sole, thin, flexible and zero-drop, ensures your foot muscles work optimally, improving recovery and supporting a natural and healthy posture.

In addition, the extremely slip-resistant sole combined with the wide toe box gives you ideal ground contact and therefore more stability and balance.

You can adapt the feeling depending on your activity thanks to the two included insoles:

• 4 mm, for greater protection during intense training.
• 2 mm, for lower-impact moments like relaxed walks.

And if you prefer a completely barefoot experience, simply remove them.

• Wide Toe Box: so your toes can move freely without anything bothering them. Keeping their natural alignment, avoiding rubbing, overlapping toes, ingrown nails and bunions.

Care and maintenance of your Groundies Active Knit

Brush the surface with a soft brush to remove dust or sand.

Then clean them with a damp cloth. You can use a little neutral soap for heavier dirt.
