If you think it doesn't make sense for your shoes to be shaped like your feet... we're in trouble.
Putting your foot into a narrow shoe will achieve what Bruce Lee said: "Put water in a cup and it becomes a cup."
And you don't want your foot to be constricted and painful...
You want the opposite: free, pain-free, and happy!
That's why the shape of the Mustang Free Knitting shoes makes so much sense.
| Size | Internal shoe length (cm) | Shoe width (cm) | Foot length (cm) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 40 | 26 | 9 | 24.8-25.5 |
| 41 | 26.7 | 9.2 | 25.6-26.2 |
| 42 | 27.5 | 9.5 | 26.3-27 |
| 43 | 28 | 9.7 | 27.1-27.5 |
| 44 | 28.8 | 9.8 | 27.6-28.3 |
| 45 | 29.5 | 10 | 28.4-29 |
This may sound strange, but think about it for a second…
Wouldn’t it make perfect sense for your sneakers to have the shape of a foot?
It’s as logical as a motorcycle helmet being shaped like your head.
That’s why helmets are round and not pointy.
So if your feet are wider at the front, why do you keep squeezing them into pointy shoes?
If this simple question doesn’t make sense to you, the footwear you wear every day is probably behind many problems: chafing, overlapping or clawed toes, plantar fasciitis…
So you have two options:
Because let’s be honest: if your feet hurt as soon as you leave home, the day already starts off wrong.
And all you want is for it to end as soon as possible.

Once you experience that feeling, you don’t want to go back.
You walk more.
You move better.
And your body starts working together like a well-trained team.
That’s real performance.
Not that “paperweight” you wear every day and can’t wait to take off when you get home.
With the Mustang Free Knitting, you’re so comfortable that if you’re not careful, you’ll end up going to bed with them on.

To get your size right, it’s best to measure your foot and click on the “Check your size here” link you’ll find below the size selector.
If you’re between two sizes, choose the larger one for a more relaxed, natural fit.
Your toes need room to move and spread.
And if you don’t get it right the first time, no problem: you can easily change the size.
The process is quick and free if you activate the size-change insurance for €1.99 (valid for mainland Spain).

Clean them with a damp cloth to remove everyday dirt.
After training, remove dust or mud to keep the knit fabric in good condition and extend its lifespan.
If you need to wash them, use cold water and let them air dry, avoiding direct sunlight to protect the fabric and sole.
