Size / model change insurance (only for Peninsula)
If you need to change your size, ZaMi has a fast and efficient system where you don't have to worry about anything.
This service is free if you activated the Size/Model Change Insurance for 1,99€ (otherwise it has a cost of 8,95€).
If you did not activate the insurance at the time of purchase, you can request it before you receive the order email sent.
The insurance does not cover returns.
Size and/or model changes (For shipments inside Spanish Peninsula)
If you need to change size and/or model ZaMi has a fast and efficient system where you don't have to worry about anything.
We pick up the shoes, check them and in 24-48h we will send you a new pair if everything is correct.
Remember that this service is free if you activated the Size and/or Model Change Insurance for 1,99€* at the end of your purchase.
Otherwise this service has a cost of 8,95€.
This promotion is only available for the first size change of each order. The second size change of the same order has a cost of 8,95€ and 15€ for the third and successive ones.
It is not possible to purchase size change insurance when ordering a size/model change, it had to be purchased on the first purchase.
*Size Exchange Insurance can only be used once per order.
*Size Exchange Insurance is NOT valid for shipments to Portugal Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and International.
*ZaMi will not be responsible for any customs fees or taxes for the return or exchange of size.
*Size/model exchange insurance does not apply to returns. Is only valid to changes.
