Within Spain, your first size or model exchange is free if you add the exchange insurance for €1.99 at checkout. The process is quick and easy — so if you don’t get it right the first time, you will on the second.

From outside Spain, no problem. Just send us the shoes in perfect unused condition using your own carrier. Once we receive them, we’ll refund the full price of the shoes through the same payment method you used. Return shipping costs are covered by you, but the process is simple and fast. And don’t forget to pack the shoes carefully so they arrive in good condition.
