The Lems Trail Blazer offer a more minimalist experience than the Trailhead v2. Their completely flat design (zero drop) contrasts with the 4 mm drop of the Trailhead, creating a clear difference in underfoot feel.
In addition, the Trail Blazer feature a wider toe box, while the Trailhead v2 offer a slightly more snug fit.
If you are looking for a more natural, flat and spacious feel, the Trail Blazer are the better choice. If you prefer a slightly more structured fit to combine city and trail use, the Trailhead v2 may suit you better.
