Within Spain, your first size or model exchange is free if you add the exchange insurance for €1.99 at checkout. The process is quick and easy — so if you don’t get it right the first time, you will on the second.

From outside Spain, just send the unworn shoes using your own carrier. Once we receive them, we’ll refund the full amount using the same payment method. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, but the process is simple and fast. Please make sure to pack the shoes carefully so they arrive in perfect condition.

Care and maintenance of the Coqueflex Madison

Clean your Coqueflex Madison with a slightly damp cloth and mild soap. Do not use a washing machine or dryer. Let them air dry away from heat sources. Remove the insole to promote drying and maintain shoe hygiene.

Since they are made of natural leather, we recommend applying a specific leather conditioning cream and a waterproof spray regularly to protect them from water and maintain flexibility.
