If you’re between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one for a more relaxed and natural fit. Your toes should have room to move and spread freely.

If you need to change the size from outside Spain, no problem. Just send us the shoes in perfect, unused condition using your own carrier.

Once we receive them, we’ll refund the full price of the shoes through the same payment method you used.

Return shipping costs are covered by you, but the process is quick and easy.

Care and maintenance of the Groundies® Phoenix 2.0

Clean your Groundies® Phoenix 2.0 with a slightly damp cloth and mild soap. Do not use a washing machine or dryer. Let them air dry away from direct heat sources. Remove the insole to speed up drying and maintain hygiene.

Since they are made of natural leather, we recommend applying a leather conditioner and a waterproofing spray regularly to protect them from moisture and preserve flexibility.
