If you're not in, you're late

In this post I’m going to tell you something very specific.

Why, if you’re not in my WhatsApp community, you’re late.

Not a little late.

Properly late.

You’ll see.

A few days ago I dropped the price of the Saguaro Luck I.

It wasn’t a pretty promo or a “special discount”.

It was a warehouse decision.

I preferred to see them on your feet rather than sitting on the shelves.

I announced it in the community and they flew out.

Then came the usual thing.

Messages asking if there were still pairs left at that price.

No.

And not because I don’t want to, but because it was no longer the right moment.

For the sake of consistency.

That’s what happens inside the community.

Offers are not announced in advance.

They’re not hyped for weeks.

They appear, they’re explained properly, and they close.

They usually last 24 hours.

Sometimes less, if the stock runs out earlier.

There is one exception.

Friday offers, which I leave until Monday at 6:30 pm.

Because the weekend has its own rhythm and it’s not about being glued to your phone.

Important.

When an offer ends, it doesn’t come back the same.

Sometimes it never comes back.

And when it does, it’s usually more expensive.

Not as a punishment.

As a consequence.

Let me give you an example.

On Friday I posted the Merrell Vapor Glove 6 in the community, both men’s and women’s.

Version 7 is coming out and, if you’ve been into barefoot for a while, you know what that means.

New versions sometimes improve things.

And other times they ruin what was working.

It’s happened before.

The 6 is known, tested, reliable.

A shoe I’ve personally used to train, run and even to play padel.

Right now they’re at 55€, when their usual price is 110€.

And that’s what happens when you’re in the community.

You find out in time.

Remember.

Only until Monday at 6:30 pm.

After that, they won’t be at that price anymore.
