You're going to make the wrong choice today.
Again.
You'll see.
The alarm goes off and you don’t feel like getting up.
You have to study and you choose Netflix.
You should train and you leave it for tomorrow.
Comfort wins.
When it happens, I tell myself one sentence.
"If you don’t feel like it, do it anyway."
And that’s the end of the conversation.
Because it removes the excuse.
Just do what needs to be done. Period.
It’s not discipline.
It’s stopping the negotiation with yourself.
And now comes the good part.
Because with your feet you do exactly the same.
For years there were only two options.
Either you squeezed your foot into a narrow, funnel-shaped shoe.
Cramped toes
Locked foot.
Pain.
Or you wore something that looked like a monkey shoe.
A pair of Five Fingers.
Weird to look at.
Crazy comfortable.
But today you don’t have that excuse anymore.
You can dress well.
And not destroy your feet.
Now you can have both.

You wear them with a suit and nobody notices.
Except your feet.
No more cramped toes.
No more stiff, board-like soles.
And the same with barefoot loafers (men and for women).
As the hours go by, you’re not thinking about taking them off.
