What the doctor didn't tell you: it wasn't your foot, nor your age, but your...

Last week we published an article that caused more noise than a rally car racing downhill.

Many of you didn’t believe it:

“You mean with exercises and changing shoes the pain goes away?”

“But I’ve had two surgeries already and nothing!”

“That only works if you’re 20, I’m too late now…”

Well, no.

You’re not too late.

It’s not magic.

And yes, it’s real.

A customer with Morton’s neuroma walked 300 km on the Camino de Santiago without pain, after years of suffering and surgeries.

The key?

Barefoot shoes.

Simple but consistent exercises.

Stop squeezing the life out of your feet.

Seriously, some people make it way too complicated.

If something doesn’t move, it atrophies.

If you lock it up, it weakens.

Doesn’t it make sense that your foot, with over 30 joints, wants freedom of movement?

Then why has no one told you before?

Because we’re programmed to think that shoes must “support,” “cushion,” and even “correct.”

But what they really do is hinder, press and crush your feet.

And if you have a neuroma or metatarsalgia, that’s the last thing you need.

This, so basic, nobody tells you.

But they do talk about surgery. And if that fails, another one. And another.

Now listen up.

Summer is your chance to change.

It’s easier to go barefoot and wear barefoot shoes.

And if I say “sandal,” it probably doesn’t sound bad to you.

But I’m going to recommend something better.

The star of the summer.

Sandal without being one. Sneaker without looking like one.

Beach, city, pool, terrace, kayak... your choice.

They don’t smell like rubber. They don’t dig in. They’re lightweight. They don’t deform.

And most importantly: they’re truly barefoot.

With these, you’ve got no excuses. Put them on and get out there.

No pain. No insoles. No pills.

Just you, your feet… and your desire to take back control.

Here they are: for Women and Men.

Give yourself the chance to try.

Heads up: summer flies by… and so do the sizes.

Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Health starts with your feet.
